Marines take over pirate ship which was german until pirates attacked

I was on the fox website and i saw a thing about marines naturally i was curious i was even more curious because my cousin was a marine. So i was reading it and apperantly the marines took over a pirate ship which was a german vessel until the pirates raided it. The marines got o and no shot were fired no one died and no one was injuured on both sides.
